 Do I have to sign up a group of people to get the deal?

No, you check out our deals along with thousands of other members, and together you can get the deal—without even knowing each other but of course because you’re a social butterfly, it’s always fun to share the deal with your friends and loved ones. That’s pretty cool, huh?

You should share Froogalicious with your Facebook friends, co-workers, and even your Frenemies—The more the merrier. The more folks join, the easier it is to get the deals that you want. Froogalicious Group-Buying Experience? What the heck is that?

If enough people, as indicated by a merchant, express buy a particular product, service, or experience, the business that’s giving the deal can afford to lower their price. The business gets exposure to a whole new clientele, buyers get a whole new experience at a super bargain.
This is why the deal price applies only if a certain number of people actually purchase the deal.

What happens when I click on “Buy,”?

 There are a couple things that could happen when you click on the Buy button.

Here’s what happens if the deal is not yet “tipped”(meaning the deal is Oh so on): After you submit your payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email for your order. Once the deal is tipped, your credit card will be charged and we will send you another email with your receipt and your Froogalicious Voucher. You take your voucher to the business and grab your Froogalicious It’s that simple.

If time runs out and not enough people have snagged the Froogalicious, the deal expires and your credit card is not charged.

 And if the deal is already tipped when you bought it: You will get the discount and receive your voucher immediately.

I don’t have all day to hawk over your website. How will I know if the deal is ever tipped?

Don’t worry; we know you’ve got work to do and maybe a boss hovering over you. If the deal goes live, we’ll immediately send you an email with your receipt and the Froogalicious voucher. And if folks sleep on the deal and the deal didn’t get tipped, we’ll still let you know with a quick email.

What happens if not folks buy a deal that I really really REALLY wanted?

Regrettably, you can’t get the deal unless enough people buy it. That’s all the more reason to make sure that you share the deals with all your friends and their friends by using the Facebook, Twitter, and email button at the top of our website. Again, the more, the merrier. You get the deals that you want, and our merchants are happy to keep bringing you more deals. Everybody wins. 

Is there any way to make sure that I get a deal?

We can’t guarantee that any one deal will go live. But you should certainly take charge by spreading the word and making the deal happen. After you click “Buy” and submit your payment info. Use our share buttons for Facebook, Twitter, and email, then call all your peeps and tell them what they’re missing!

 Will my credit card be charged if a deal doesn’t go live?

 You will get charged NADA. No deal, no charge.

What if I don’t use the full value of my voucher in one visit? Can I come back later and use the rest?

You should do your best to use up your entire Froogalicious voucher in one shot. If this is an issue, bring your friends, their friends and their mama too.

Can I combine my voucher with other offers or specials?

You can’t, unless the fine print on your voucher allows you to.

Do you bill me when I sign up?

We only bill your credit card when the deal you want goes live.

Is this whole thing safe?

Oh yes, count on it. To spare you all the mumbo jumbo, let’s just say that our credit card number is transmitted securely along a highly encrypted path to a secure processing center. We never store your credit card info on any of our servers.

 But you gotta know, once you buy an Froogalicious voucher, you cannot return it. Not that you would because we know you’re goshing all over our deals.
